Neil Dullaghan

Dr Neil Dullaghan is a full-time Senior Fund Manager with the EA Animal Welfare Fund. Previously, he worked at Rethink Priorities as a Senior Research Manager on their farmed animal welfare team. He holds a PhD in Political and Social Science from the European University Institute, an MPhil in European Politics and Society from the University of Oxford, and a BA in International Relations from Dublin City University. He has volunteered for Charity Entrepreneurship and Animal Charity Evaluators.
