Kathleen Perell

Kathleen supports the work of CEA’s Operations team. Before joining CEA, she was General Counsel at Effective Ventures Foundation USA and previously held senior legal roles at Grubhub, where she advised on strategic partnerships and led cross-functional initiatives. She holds a JD from the University of Virginia and an MA in the Theory and Practice of Human Rights from the University of Essex.
