Kale Ridsdale

Kale oversees recruitment at the Centre for Effective Altruism. Previously, she served as Managing Director at We Animals, where she led the strategic growth of the visual journalism nonprofit and managed a team of 15 staff. Prior to her work at We Animals, Kale worked in training and development, holding roles in program development, evaluation, and project management for various for-purpose organisations. She holds a Master's in Philosophy from University College Dublin and a Bachelor of Applied Science from Toronto Metropolitan University.
