Interim Head of Operations
Eli joined CEA in April 2022 and is currently working to navigate our spin-out from Effective Ventures Foundation and build an in-house Operations team. He previously managed the EA Global conference series as a member of the Events team, and before that worked as an Operations Assistant at Open Philanthropy. In that role, he contributed to events and office management, and served as a personal assistant to the Co-CEO. Eli came across EA in 2016 while studying Chemistry at the University of Oxford, and was involved in various EA group organising projects thereafter.
